The Sorrells Brick is a grinding jig.  Machined from solid steel, the Brick consists of 4 separate angled faces, each ground to a specific angle.  The standard brick contains several angled faces of approximately 3, 4, 5 and 7 degrees, which are useful for most small to medium knives.  Exceptionally stable, the Sorrells brick is easy to use and because of the way it's made, can never drift.  Every time you use it, the angle is the same.  No resetting, no guesstimating what angle you used on a similar knife, no wrenches, no tools.  Just drop your knife in the angle you want to grind...and then start beveling!
